Who I Am

My name is Deep R. Singh. I am a certified Life Coach specializing in emotional resilience, mental clarity, and self-mastery. For over a decade, I have worked with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and inner transformation.

My work integrates:

  • Modern coaching principles
  • Mindfulness and breath awareness
  • Language-based focus tools, including mantra practices

Sanskrit words and mantras are sometimes used—not as rituals—but as structured sound and meaning tools that help calm the mind and steady attention.

My Background

My professional journey began in the corporate and technology world. I hold a B.Tech degree from IIT Kanpur, and previously worked in the Information Technology sector.

This experience shaped Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving and comfort with complexity and pressure.

Over time, however, I felt drawn toward work that focused less on systems and more on human experience—how people think, feel, cope, and grow.

That curiosity led me to formally train as a Life Coach and transition into work centered on emotional well-being, clarity, and self-understanding.

I pursued the study of scriptures in search of the hidden treasures of valuable knowledge shared by our Rishis (sages). In the process, I realized the importance of learning Sanskrit. So, I learned Sanskrit through self-study and Certification courses.

Why Sanskrit?

Sanskrit is one of the world’s most precise and structured languages. Beyond its historical and cultural significance, it offers:

  • Carefully formed sounds
  • Compact expressions of complex ideas
  • A unique way to engage attention and awareness

On this site, Sanskrit is explored through:

  • Simple explanations
  • Practical relevance
  • A non-religious, inclusive lens

You do not need to “believe” in anything to benefit from understanding how sound, breath, and attention interact.
